Alpiko is a software service that helps businesses answer, and report on, customer messages received on Instagram, WhatsApp and (later) phone, using an AI assistant. The service is in early access; features may change.
The business using the service ("you") is responsible for informing your own customers that AI is used where the law requires it, for data-protection notices and consents (including GDPR and Türkiye's KVKK), for complying with commercial-message and call-recording rules, and for the accuracy of the information you give the assistant. Alpiko does not place outbound calls and does not send bulk messages.
You must not use the service for spam, unsolicited bulk messaging, misleading or unlawful content, or in breach of Meta's or any operator's policies. We may suspend the service in such cases.
Subscription fees are billed monthly in advance for the selected plan through our payment provider, which acts as merchant of record. You can cancel at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. See the Refund Policy.
AI replies may be inaccurate. You can review conversations, switch to review mode, or take over any conversation at any time.
Alpiko does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service. To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the fees paid in the relevant period.
These terms are governed by the laws of Türkiye. Mandatory consumer rights in your country are not affected.
