Cancellation
You can cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period; you keep access until then and are not charged for the next period. To cancel, message +90 543 215 05 42 on WhatsApp or use the cancel option in your account once available.
Refunds
If you cannot use the service because of an outage or fault on our side that we do not fix, we refund the relevant part of the fee on request.
Duplicate or erroneous charges are refunded in full.
Once a billing period has been used, fees for that period are not refunded pro rata.
How to request a refund
Write to +90 543 215 05 42 (WhatsApp). Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method, usually within 14 days depending on your bank.
Delivery
The service is digital; there is no physical delivery. The account is available immediately after payment.
